The Memorandum of Association of Antarctica Limited authorises seven lines of business. They are described below as authorised objects; the company's current operations are set out first.
Current operations (FY 2025-26): agriculture and agri-allied trading. The company does not carry on manufacturing and has no subsidiary, joint venture or associate company. The other objects listed on this page are authorised under the Memorandum of Association and are not statements of current activity.

Designing and processing multicolour separators, printing, lithography, offset printing, engraving, embossing, screen printing and other printing activities. Covers commercial and packaging print work of every kind.
Manufacturing and dealing in printing inks, printing machinery, packaging materials, stationery and related products. Covers the inputs and equipment of the printing trade.
Acting as builders, contractors and developers of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional properties. Covers housing projects, townships, hotels, warehouses and other structures.
Farming, cultivation, harvesting, procurement, processing, marketing and trading of agricultural, horticultural and farm products. Covers seeds, plants, fruits, vegetables and agro-food products, and is the object under which the company currently operates.
Software designing, development, customisation, implementation, maintenance, testing and hosting. Covers IT-enabled services, internet-based applications and artificial-intelligence-related services.
Manufacturing, processing, trading, importing, exporting and dealing in textiles, fabrics, yarns and garments. Covers related textile products across the value chain.
Dealing in shares, stocks, bonds and securities, and undertaking financing, leasing and hire-purchase activities. Subject to applicable law; excludes banking activities unless legally permitted.
The Memorandum also contains incidental and ancillary powers, such as acquiring property and machinery, establishing offices and depots, raising finance, investing company funds, entering into joint ventures, providing guarantees and undertaking agency business.
