Farming, cultivation, harvesting, procurement, processing, marketing and trading of agricultural, horticultural and farm products. Covers seeds, plants, fruits, vegetables and agro-food products, and is the object under which the company currently operates.
Software designing, development, customisation, implementation, maintenance, testing and hosting. Covers IT-enabled services, internet-based applications and artificial-intelligence-related services.
Manufacturing, processing, trading, importing, exporting and dealing in textiles, fabrics, yarns and garments. Covers related textile products across the value chain.
Dealing in shares, stocks, bonds and securities, and undertaking financing, leasing and hire-purchase activities. Subject to applicable law; excludes banking activities unless legally permitted.
The Memorandum also contains incidental and ancillary powers, such as acquiring property and machinery, establishing offices and depots, raising finance, investing company funds, entering into joint ventures, providing guarantees and undertaking agency business.
